TEACHERS
Preschool teachers and tutors are experienced and are given continuous training by AOLC. They update themselves individually with any available seminars offered or read and study books and other reference materials available in the bookstores or in the Internet.
Medium of instruction is English inside the classroom as well in the daycare area. However, teachers are also advised to use the Filipino language for growing children who will be transferring to the big school soon and would have to be proficient in the Filipino language required by the Philippine schools. Naturally, children of foreign nationality are handled carefully to improve their communication skills in English which their parents would like them to master.
