PRESCHOOL PROGRAM
Instructional program with materials provided by school aimed to prepare young learners for the primary level. A blend of traditional and progressive approaches wherein each child is handled personally by the teachers and his/her progress is monitored periodically. As young as two years of age until six years of age, AOLC teachers guide the children to hold a pencil or crayon, write lines, identify colors and sounds, count numbers, listen to understand stories, brush teeth, wash hands, eat with spoon and fork, say polite words and gestures, sing cheerfully nursery rhymes and songs, play and share toys, and many other things that AOLC teachers discover each day and learn from these children.
A full ten-month preschool program follows the calendar of preschools in the Philippines and the calendar of national holidays and school breaks, which begins in June and ends in March. Anytime though, AOLC allows the enrolment of a child and is given both individual time to catch up or brush up and time to join with the regular group on current topics.
DAYCARE PROGRAM
For toddlers or children brought for special time, AOLC teachers give activities for them to enjoy their stay in school.
TUTORIALS
Academic tutorials for elementary and high school students are available in AOLC or home service. Special review for college admission tests is also held during summer breaks and in June or July. English language proficiency and reading readiness lessons are also given on case-to-case basis.
